Oh, the Joker appears!
If your employee sees a flashing button: New task to complete, on the Dashboard Panel, this means that an urgent task has appeard. Instead of completing another task (e.g. another administrative or project task from the measurement cube) your employee should download and complete the urgent task.
This is so called Joker, the highest priority task. If you want a specific task to be completed urgently, you can dispatch it to employees by marking it with the Joker status. You can also grant Joker status to a specific type of task automatically distributed to employees from transaction systems.
Thanks to that you can be sure that urgent tasks will be prioritized before completion.
The system will cause that the employees with appropriate, predefined competences will deal with that tasks, so that the implementation process runs as efficiently as possible.
